2009–2019
Constellation Software assembled what would become Constellation Real Estate Group through strategic acquisitions of real estate technology companies. As the portfolio grew, so did the complexity of managing data integrations across dozens of brands, hundreds of MLS sources, and millions of listings.
2020
Our team developed proprietary technology internally — streamlining integrations, reducing engineering overhead, and unlocking new levels of speed and scale. It became clear this wasn't just an internal tool — it was infrastructure the broader industry needed.
2021
We launched our real estate data aggregation platform with exclusive national franchises and brokerages as our first external clients.
2022
We partnered with RESO to launch webhooks, setting a new industry standard for real-time listing updates.
2023
We expanded beyond residential real estate to serve asset management, inspection, appraisal, insurance, and mortgage companies.
2024
We added a comprehensive property data product, layering public records, tax, deed, and ownership data alongside listing information to create an all-in-one data solution.
2025
Constellation Real Estate Group officially launched Constellation Data Labs as a standalone entity focused on frictionless access to property data.

We acquired Seventy3 LLC and The Gadberry Group from REMAX, adding listing aggregation and geospatial intelligence capabilities while forming a strategic national data partnership.
